Welcome to our new Wyandottes page. Down at the bottom are links to the original 5 Wyandotte pages so you can see the original Feb 2009 Wyandottes brood as chicks.

Above is Bonfire, he is our beautiful blue laced red Wyandotte rooster. We got Bonfire June 2009, he was an April 2009 hatch. His breeder is Gordon Davis in Florida.

Above is Thunder. He is a Silver Laced Wyandotte Rooster. He is our BMOC! In the pic on the right Thunder is booming out one of his very loud crows. He is good to the ladies and is the father of our mixed breed chicks seen on the Hatching page.
Left is the February 2009 brood in the big coop back in May of 2009.
I need to get new pics of all the ladies. We have had a few losses and they are all grown layers now. Right now because of the muddy spring conditions they are all looking dirty so pics will have to wait until they clean up a bit. For now, check out the latest additions below! They were hatched April 22 - 24, 2010. They are from Gordon Davis who also owns the stock Bonfire came from. We are hoping for plenty of pullets so we can create a dedicated BLRW breeding pen next spring. There were 16 eggs originally and we hatched out 11 chicks. Ten blue laced red and one black laced red. Here they are growing up more all the time.
